PlayMillion Casino Review
The PlayMillion online casino has been around since 2011. PlayMillion is not too well known, so we’ve taken a closer look at the online casino. Of course, we’ve also looked into the question of whether things are right here. The results of our test can be found in the following report.
Is PlayMillion a scam?
The PlayMillion online casino is operated by SK Processinga on Malta. It is licensed and regularly controlled by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). The casino operator takes security very seriously. State-of-the-art encryption techniques are used to protect personal data and financial transactions. Based on these facts, we believe PlayMillion is a reputable and reliable online casino.
The website of PlayMillion
One special feature is that, unlike many other online casinos, PlayMillion works with software from SkillOnNet. SillOnNet is a relatively young software company that has built up a good reputation in recent years. The games can be played as a Flash version in the browser. Alternatively, the software can also be downloaded.
Whether PlayMillion offers an app for download is unclear. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find any information about mobile gaming on the website. However, the games can be played in the browser of the smartphone or tablet.
PlayMillion offers its players over 100 slot machines. These include popular games from Merkur, NetEnt, Williams Interactive and other well-known game manufacturers. Those who like to play jackpot games will also find what they are looking for here. There are currently nine jackpots to choose from, including Millionaire Club III, Cosmic Fortune and Mega Jocker. The selection of card and table games is also convincing. In addition to Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat, there are also Craps, Paigow and Poker. The selection of video poker games is particularly large. There are games such as Joker Poker, Aces & Faces, Jack or Better and Deuces Wild in a wide variety of variations. Under the category “Extra Games” players will find the games Roll a Ball, Big Wheel, Hi-Lo and Doubles Heaven. There are also some scratch tickets.
The live casino sector is a bit lean compared to the large selection of games. There are only 11 games to choose from. Among them are of course the games Texas Hold´em, Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat.
Limits and payout ratio
The limits show a wide range. Many games can already be played with cent amounts, so that casual players and beginners get their money’s worth. But higher stakes are also possible. This is especially true for the tables in the live casino area. Here bets in the three-digit range may be made. Thus PlayMillion might be interesting also for Highroller.
The average payout ratio in the PlayMillion casino is around 97 percent. This puts the online casino in a good midfield. The advantage is that the payout rate is quite stable. But unfortunately there are also no peak values upwards.
Bonus and ongoing promotions
PlayMillion promotes offering the industry’s largest deposit bonus. The welcome pack consists of a bonus of 100 percent up to a maximum of 100 euros. What is irritating is that under the heading “Promotions” it says, however, that the 100 percent bonus up to a maximum of 200 euros will be credited. It is also stated here that this bonus is divided into three deposit bonuses. Unfortunately, the welcome offer is neither comprehensibly described nor is it the “largest deposit bonus in the industry”. Before making a deposit, new players should first talk to customer service and find out about the exact bonus terms and conditions.
If a bonus is claimed, it must be wagered at least 30 times according to the bonus rules. In addition to the welcome offer and the loyalty program, there is also the “Daily Picks” section. Here, bonus offers are presented at irregular intervals.
Customer service, deposits and withdrawals
PlayMillion customer service can be contacted by phone or email. The preferred language is English. PlayMillion members can also use a live chat.
The following payment methods are available for depositing money into a player’s account:
- Payment method Minimum deposit amount fee:
- Credit card 20 Euro 2.5 percent
- Sofortüberweisung 20 Euro 0 percent
- Giropay 20 Euro 0 percent
- PayPal 20 Euro 3.5 percent
- Skrill 20 Euro 5 percent
- Neteller 20 Euro 3.5 percent
- Paysafecard 19 Euro 5 percent
- Bank transfer 200 Euro 0 percent
As we see PlayMillion charges very high deposit fees, which is very untypical for an online casino. In return, PlayMillion only charges a €10 fee for a bank transfer when withdrawing funds. If you withdraw more than 500 Euros, you don’t have to pay any fees at all. However, before requesting a withdrawal, players must verify themselves and upload the usual documents such as a copy of their ID card to their customer account. After verification, the withdrawals are processed immediately.
After our extensive test we have to state that the PlayMillion online casino offers a solid and quite good game portfolio, but there are some criticisms that limit our recommendation. As far as the payout ratio is concerned, although it is in a good midfield, there are other online casinos that have much higher payout ratios on some games. As mentioned earlier, the PlayMillion casino is quite solid, but it can’t compete with the big competition.
